As a trans-masculine person, it took me a long time to feel comfortable in the gym. However, once I pushed through my barriers to exercise, I started to feel a lot better about my body, and to experience much more consistent and balanced mental health.

I’m offering personal training and dietary guidance on a ‘pay-what-you-can-afford’ basis to LGBTQIA+ people.
