Hi everyone! My name is Liza and I’m a freelance content writer for Alix Coe Fitness, thanks for taking the time to read my posts!

Please allow me to introduce myself.

It’s probably not a surprise that I am passionate about health and fitness. I have an active lifestyle, like to work out and try to seek out activities that challenge me physically and mentally.

During the summer you’ll often find me on my bike, going skating or scuba diving. In the colder months, I’m more inclined to take my workout indoors, where I practice boxing and occasionally hit the weights room. Oh! And my partner and I take salsa and ballroom dancing lessons together, which is great fun.

The articles you’ll find on this blog are centered around a holistic approach of physical health, with a strong emphasis on mental health as well. Occasionally you’ll also find more personal blog posts about my own fitness journey and experience with working out during burn-out, depression and anxiety.
